Please enter me in the 2010 Victaulic 2nd Annual Run/Walk/Ride. In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby waive any and all rights or claims for injuries to person, damages to property or any other claim against Victaulic and any other sponsors, and any other persons affiliated with this event, its agents, representatives and successors. It is my further declaration that I consider myself to be in such physical condition to participate in and compete in the race. I assume all risks associated with running or walking in the event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic conditions of the road, all risks being known and appreciated by me. This form must be signed by all participants and a parent or guardian if the entrant is under 18 years old. On the order form, you must check the box that you agree to the terms of this event.
